Does it cost anything to create a profile?
No, signing-up and athletes' profile are free.
Some of my old results are not entered in On3Go
We cannot enter results if the competition organizers have not contacted us. However if you can convince them to send us the official results, we will gladly put them online. This service is free for any competitions that happenned more than 30 days ago.
For what type of Competition can we use your website?

At this time we are setup to accept only races, be it a boating race, a marathon, a triathlon, an extreme kayaking adventure, etc. You get the point. Anything that is measured in time and that has a start and end point.

Why are we limited in the type of events we support?
The reason is that we are not only an online registration service. We strive to offer a full suite of services to event organizers and some of these services, like scoring, requires customization for different sports. You couldn't use a race scoring board for a baseball game for example. Which means we need to program the different sports one by one. We decided to start with races and go on from there.

We will be adding other types of competition in the near future like baseball, basketball, etc. So come back soon if you are interested in that type of competition.

How can I send my results to you?
That is easy. We accept them by email (support@on3go.com). Format-wise, a speadsheet, html file or text file is ok. There are more details about the required information below.

We will post your results online within 24h.

Fees

Please consult the fees section.

What information do I need to provide for On3Go to publish my results?

It depends on the type of your event. At the moment, we cover races with a start/finish time, which may have additional checkpoints and races with laps. This covers very different sporting events from running, triathlons, swimming to morotized sports, horse racing and yatching.

In general, the results, as you already publish them will have all the information we need, so you can send us your current format and we should be able to import it.

We have plans to add more sports soon and if you are interested in putting your results online, let us at so we can prioritize your sport.

  • The name of the competition ("New-York Marathon")
  • The name of each event ("10K Race", "Half-Marathon", "Qualifiers", etc)

Events with a single time (like a distance run)
This type of event covers: marathons, 5k, 10k, walks, sprints, well... you get the idea. It means that there is a start and finish line and the ranking is based on a single time for each participant.

Events with Teams
This is in addition to the information normaly provided for the type of event. If your event allows for multiple persons to team up together, we can track their individual times as well as that of the whole team. It requires some more information however.
This would covers: team triathlon, relay races, multi-person boat races etc.
To import results for this type of event, we need:
  • All the information provided normaly for this type of event.
  • The entry number (which is the same for all participants in the team)
  • Each participant's name
